Now Hiring: Faith Formation Coordinator / Middle School Religion Teacher

St. Francis of the Lakes Catholic School in Brainerd, MN is seeking a full-time Faith Formation Coordinator/Middle School Religion Teacher beginning with the 2026–2027 school year. This position helps foster a strong Catholic culture within the school community through faith formation, religious instruction, and student spiritual development. Responsibilities include teaching middle school religion classes, coordinating and planning school-wide faith activities and liturgies, supporting student leadership and service opportunities, collaborating with faculty and families to strengthen the Catholic identity of the school, and assisting with staff faith formation opportunities throughout the school year.

Qualified candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree (education, theology, catechetics, or related field preferred), be a practicing Roman Catholic who supports the mission of Catholic education. Classroom teaching and catechetical formation experience is preferred.
