Chess Club to Begin

St. Francis is starting a chess club for 4th-8th graders!

The  club will meet Thursdays beginning Thursday February 8th from 2:45-3:45 in the school library. This is a time to learn, practice, and grow together as chess  players. All level players are welcome including beginners.

There  is no fee for the club and it will be run by parent volunteers.  Sign up will be limited to the first twenty students to sign up and all students are expected to have interest in playing and  learning the game. All chess supplies are provided.
