Now Hiring: Part-Time School Custodian

St. Francis of the Lakes Catholic School in Brainerd is seeking a part-time School Custodian. This position helps maintain a clean, safe, welcoming, and well-cared-for environment for our students, families, faculty, and staff. Responsibilities include routine cleaning of classrooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, cafeteria, and common areas, along with basic building upkeep, event setup and cleanup, and other custodial or maintenance needs as assigned. Qualified candidates should be dependable, hardworking, attentive to detail, able to work independently, and committed to supporting the mission and values of Catholic education. Previous custodial, cleaning, or maintenance experience is preferred but not required.

This is a part-time position with approximately 20–25 hours per week, primarily during afternoon and/or evening hours on school days, with occasional additional hours for school events or special projects. Candidates must successfully complete all required Safe Environment training and pass a background check.
