Now Hiring: Educational Assistant

St. Francis of the Lakes Catholic School in Brainerd is seeking a full-time Educational Assistant/Aide beginning with the 2026–2027 school year. This position supports teachers and students in creating a positive, faith-filled learning environment while assisting with classroom instruction, small-group and individual student support, supervision, and other school-related responsibilities as assigned.

Qualified candidates should have experience working with school-aged children, classroom experience or equivalent preferred, strong communication and organizational skills, and a desire to support the mission of Catholic education. Candidates must successfully complete all required Safe Environment training and pass a background check.
