SF Robotics at World's Competition

This year the 2023 VEX Robotics World Championship was held in Dallas, Texas where 787 of the best teams in the world competed for the title of World Champion.  It was held April 30- May 2, 2023 at the Kay Hutchinson Convention Center in downtown Dallas.  There were 10 divisions where the students were broken down to 78-85 teams with the top teams continuing on to finals. 

The Royal Chihuahuas worked hard, but sadly didn’t make it to finals.  They placed 27th out of 78 teams in their division with an average of 199.25 points per competition. This was one of the most competitive divisions at this year’s competition.  They placed 170th in skills out of 787 teams.

Our boys met and reunited with teams we’d played with over the past year at state, collaborated with at U.S. Open and become friends with over the years and proudly placed 174th in the entire competition.
