St. Francis of the Lakes Catholic School

Every child is a unique gift from God.  St. Francis of the Lakes Catholic School provides more personal attention to every student.  Every child does better in an individualized and caring environment.

At St. Francis “religion” is more than a subject.  It is integrated into every aspect of our day through prayer, Christian formation, example, pastoral visits, active participation in Mass, stewardship and so much more.  “The various school subjects do not present only knowledge to be attained, but also values to be acquired and truths to be discovered.” St. Francis offers an environment “in which faith, culture and life are brought into harmony”.

We are leading our students to have a successful future. Academically, our students are ranked higher than the national average in every class and in every subject! This is based off the MAP Assessments. There are approximately 4,000 school districts representing about 4 million students using MAP. We are proud to show you our results.

Dave Ramsey Classes

Penny Competition Each team (Students vs. Staff) has a container for collecting coins or dollar bills. The value of any pennies collected by a team count positively toward that team’s point total, while the value of other coins or dollar bills are subtracted. Therefore, in a
competition between Team A and Team B, a contributor who wants Team A to win will
place pennies into Team A's container and nickels, dimes, quarters, or dollar bills into
Team B's container.
The Collection Containers will be available for donations during school hours in the entryway across from the Main Office. CEC Volunteers will count the money at the end of the week so the ranking can be announced the following week. We will also display each team's container at the Friday Fish Fries with explanation about the competition. The contest starts on Ash Wednesday and ends Wednesday, April 12th. No prizes will be offered as this is a Lenten activity geared towards giving rather than receiving. All proceeds go to Bridges of Hope.
